One of the things I noticed was that there were very few westerners to be seen.

If that was Phuket or Chomtien there would have been 50 or 60 white faces to every one local.

Its a good video I put it on the big screen. Really nice place looked like a holiday town I didnt see anyone wearing a helmet and I noticed them dressed for road rash. I didnt see any traffic lights?

the traffic lights are awsome in cambodia i filmed the running man on my fone he was like a raver made me laff everytime i seen them heehee

The streets are empty of cars and people. Is it always this quiet or did you pick a quiet time (early morning for example) to shoot the video?

It's not my video but I would assume that it was taken towards the end of high season 2011 ~ 2012.

But Sihanoukville is a laid back place most of the time.
