I phone as a router

Can any kind sole tell me how to use my I phone 4s as a router for my lap top ? I using met phone 3G .y lap top keeps telling me limited access to "Ashley's I phone"

I use my cell phone as a wifi hotspot with no problems.

I'm on the Smart unlimited for 999 pesos a month.

 

Can't help you setting up an iphone though, they use strange proprietary software.

I do not know if the below will help or not.

How to use iphone as wireless hotspot  photos at the link to show you how.

1. Navigate to the Settings menu.

2. Select Cellular.

3. Tap Personal Hotspot to begin the setup process.

4. Press the switch next to Personal Hotspot.

5. Look for your iPhone’s name as an available Wi-Fi networkicon1.png.

5. Enter the password listed in the Wi-Fi Password field when prompted to do so. You can use Bluetooth, USB or Wi-Fi to connecticon1.png your other deviceicon1.png to your iPhone.
