House Coming Available For Rent

Recommended Posts

Parrothead

Not sure of the details yet. But, the home adjacent to mine will be coming up for rent soon.

It will be available for around $200 USD / month.

The deposit will be $200. (Actually, I believe it is just for the last month's rent.)

Electric will be charged at 1,500r / kWh; water will be charged at 2,000r / cubic meter.

The unit, aside from beds (I believe), is unfurnished.

Two bedrooms, one with air-con.

Here is an image of the outside of the home. Left side unit.

Electic is 1,500r / kWh. Water is 2,000 / m3. Pay only for what you use.

In a place that comes unfurnished, would not have gas.

Furniture shops are all over, here.

Looks nice but I heard the neighbor is a jackass.

(C-man here .....)

;)

For that price it's pretty interesting, what would realistic util costs run approx?

A real prick, for sure.

Yes, I know. You told me when you joined in 2012. I don't forget ugly faces. :P

At .50c US / cubic meter of water, up to 10 cubes per month would be reasonable.

At .375c US / kWh, the current resident runs his air-cons (upstairs and down) most of the month. I think he said his highest electric bill was $240 USD, if I recall correctly?

The property has changed quite a bit since that image. The little "hut" is no longer there. It has been torn down and rebuilt to the right of my unit, actually. I am glad he did that, as well. It allows a better view to the front gate, for me.

The drive is now all concrete, and two more units are adjacent to mine.

All apartments / homes on the compound are currently rented, by the way.
