How is the power in Sihanoukville, these days?

Is it more stable than it was last year? Less stable? About the same?

Black outs are a tradition in SHV. Ain't likely to change real soon.

I'll be there for Chum Ben holiday in late Sept, bet it will be as inconsistent as ever.

In fact it has generally been very good, especially for SKV. Compared to last year, well no comparison. We get the odd out for a few minutes and rare ones that are an hour or 2. Having said that it will probably go out today for 10 hours!  Knock wood.

The longest I was ever without power in SHV, was in June, the first year I was in country, 2012. 14 lovely hours.
