Pip's kid , Oun, with his 1st baby croc.

Except Pip hates the idea. So the croc farm might not happen.

So, how many years from that size to, "don't mess with me" size?

I’ve been told that crocs raised in captivity grow rather fast - fed intensively, can grow. 1.75 m / 5.7 ft after 2 years.

Unfortunately Pip is dead set against reptiles in the yard. The baby was sent back home to the farm. And truthfully her kid was terrified of that baby.

Back to the drawing board.

Wouldn't have to worry about anyone coming in the yard unannounced, though.

Just watched a program on CNN yesterday of a very large farm and tannery in South Africa ....big business ...and can produce amazing value added products ...this skin is repellent to anything ...except bullets !!

In BTB the farms feed them spoiled fish, rodents and people that owe them money.
