Well that and the sponge baths - I'd say you're doing OK.

<sigh> no more sponge baths, I left the hospital and have returned to the hotel.  Looking on the bright side, so long as I don't get my 12" incision wet it's ok to take a shower.  Not getting it wet is a bit of a challenge, but doable.

Pity no more bed bath! But on the bright side, recovery looks good :)

The batteries died in my BP machine so I figured I'd just run down to the corner store and buy some. Wrong! No one carries batteries, no one knew who did, so I walked areund until I spotted an Electric store, surely they would have them I reasoned, and they did. I needed 4AA's so I bought 8 to have some spares on hand. They had two brands, non-Alkyli Panasonics and some Chinese brand. I opted for the Panasonics. I went home and loaded my new Panasonic batteries in the machine, turned it on...nothing happened, except for the low battery icon flashing. Undeterred, I loaded the spare four and got the same exact results!

From past experience I knew asking for a refund or replacement would be futile. So, I fired up the bike and road down to Orange, as I'd already tried Salvadora. Yup, Orange had them, but no tester to verify they were goood. I only bought 4 this time and the machine loved them! Sometimes it's the little things that give you fits here.

I tried them once, buy they used up their charge very quickly and you're forever charging/switching batteries.  Or maybe I'm too lazy for them!  LOL

If you have rechargabe batteries you also need a battery tester ....I find they go flat quickly if not used ...3000 mah are the best in AA and 1350 mah in AAA -but in about 1 hour they can charge up again ...as I said I have boxes and boxes ....all purchased in 2010-2012 ....still all going strong !!
