Has anyone taken the train between PP and Snooky?

I love trains and we want to go to Kep, so I'm thinking about loading the bike on the train and getting off at Kampot.  Comments?

to go to Kep

Kampot is charming and amicable place, while Kep sucks big time; besides being over-priced. .

What?  Huh?  Do you know something about the train I don't?  Or at you one of those anti-train folks?

We're throwing the bike on the train and we'll do both places.  There is a national park near Kep that we want to see as well.  It's supposed to have some great hiking trails full of snakes.

Outside Kampot is Bokor Mountain, enjoyable motorcycle ride through the clouds, Top is 25 degrees F to 30 degrees F cooler than sea level. Its chilly up there. A truly fascinating, very eerie place. Two waterfalls just off the road to the summit.

Khmers and trains mix, like Filipinos and sea going ferries.
