So how was SR? I hear its got more busy.

Traffic sucked. Would hate to be there during new year. Not cheap to stay there. Cost us ~ $400 US.

Don't blame them! I think about running away from Cambodia on a daily bases. :)

No. Didn't see anyone who was unfriendly, there. Everyone, as usual, is very friendly and will go out of their way for you. I originally began staying there on your recommendation. But, I have to admit, I continued to stay there - because the girls walk around barefoot. :) God, I love that.

Don't eat ice cream upstairs, though, whenever you go back. It's a very small portion and $3.00 US. I was craving some, though, and had to have some chocolate ice cream!

If you go, check out 84 Hotel, riverside. A friend of mine, who happens to be a chef, has recently moved to Siem Reap. He doesn't own the hotel. But, he is opening the bar / restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. He said he should open in another ten days, or so. I can't wait for him to have whiskey shrimp again. It was my favorite meal at his restaurant, when he was in Cebu. He used to make it from that nasty shit, Jim Beam. But, he changed to Jack Daniels, for my orders. :)
