I know you can extend it for 3 months, although I do not know what the cost difference would be in Phnom Penh. I do know that, here in Sihanoukville anyway, the cost would be about $80 USD for a three month visa. Do note that one month and three month extensions only allow for a single entry. If you have to leave for any reason, and then return, you will have to purchase another visa.

The six month and twelve month visas are multiple entry visas.

:yahoo: Thank all for the advice on the extension for the ordinary visa! I went round a few places in Phnom Penh. Some agents where telling me it would take 5 to 7 days, due to elections? The prices ranging from 85 - 90 dollars for the 3 month extension. I went to Lucky Lucky Motorcycles, 80 dollars, but I forgot my photo! They charged me 1 dollar. I had the passport back in 3 days.
