   There has been NO ""Business"" visa in Cambodia for a minimum of two (2) YEARS.Tourist visas are for 30 days, renewable one (1) time for thirty (30) days.   Bring at least four (4) passport sise photos with you. Cannot be changed to any other type visa.   You MUST leave the country and re-enter.   NO time out of country  minimum.

     Business visa was changed to a ""Normal"" visa and then became an ""Ordinary visa.   Or vice-versa.    My visa just says ""Multiple"".

Available in 30 day, 6 months and 1 year.    30 day is one entry/exit only.    6 months or 1 year is multiple entry/exit with no associated fees.     You get a 30 day visa upon arrival.    Go to any good travel agency and renew for the time limit desired.   NO limit upon times you can renew it.   I live here so I do 1 year at a time.   In Sihanoukville the cost is $290 for one year.     Takes 4 - 7 days and need (I THINK) 4 passport size photos.

     I know of NO other country that has such a simple, uncomplicated, no hassle -  visa process.   No corruption, no B.S.

I agree about the ease.Seems Thailand is making it more difficult for long stays.

   I have heard this also, however have never heard of anyone actually going this route.    It would my choice if it were possible in real life.    the difference in cost would pay part of two trips to P.P.

thats why corruption works;

it saves you time  :-)

Grease the wheels,

backshish (A relatively small amount of money given for services rendered)

Corruption or not, it's a damned sight easier than dealing with the Thais, who don't want us there anyway.

Flat rate payment and nothing else for another year.

No money required to have in a bank account.

No trips outside the country are required - EVER.

Average of $24.50 / month and nothing more to be done? Easy as pie.

I recently had some passport sized photos taken here. No worries to do so, in any city here.

Paul for now;

Oh, I won't say someone will not come along and screw it all up. I'm quite sure that can, and will probably happen. But, yes, for now, it beats Thailand hands down. Beats most countries hands down. That's why so many low lifes are here, unfortunately.
