I would greatly appreciate that. Thank you.

We just returned from a trip to Phnom Penh. I will have her talk with the landlord in the morning.

Hope you had a good trip. I can only take phnom penh for short periods of time. I can't imagine living there.

I appreciate you checking with the landlord.

My apologies. They will have a vacancy here.

Happy to do it. If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have no plans to leave BTB anytime soon. I have done enough traveling to PP, especially, over the past eight months or so.

How should I make reservations at your apartment building? Would you prefer I get in contact with your landlord to provide the dates?

Just post here, or send me a PM (if you prefer to keep it more private) to let me know what dates you will arrive. I will go by your word and will ask Chan to give that information to the owner. They are pretty friendly folks.

We are talking about the apartment complex where we live. As soon as he gives me dates, we can let the landlord know and she can show us the room(s) she has available. I can take photos and send to him. The building was brand new when we moved in late last year.
