The Bar -

And we serve different foods, last few days we have been more - so leaning towards my Indian cooking "learnt and practiced" skills, now developing culinary textures and tastes that will appeal to most people.

I personally feel it tends to give the customer something different in the town, options of choice can be appealing and fun.

Taste is everything? dicey - I like my food and women "hot and spicy"! Sweet and sour, possibly it's the moderation and balance, tantalizing experience.

Decided to go the full hog on just making and serving Indian food. Swaying towards Pakistani taste,

Made another batch of Samosa and also this time Shami Kababs. Also was busy cooking up a few curry bases.

Nak wanted to play about with the idea of a few fresh spring rolls.

Also if to do what I wish, I needed a menu for sure. So I decided to work on it over a few days. I would somehow do a mixture of hopefully culinary delights and flavours. I will still throw in one or two special's when I have a feeling of...…………..what, how can I explain! It's certainly not a whim. Like now I am remembering back many years ago in India, Rajasthan, it was Jaisalmer, I still can imagen the taste, it was divine and the texture, combination balance of spice, eaten with plain roti, Potato and Pomegranate curry, again the taste was tantalizing, may have a go tomorrow :) For now a sample of the new menu. It's a first due to I have not announced or printed it yet. Also you will see a new change towards the business. Anyway see what you all think....

I had to have a try of this one. I remember eating in Rajasthan in 93 at the old fort in Jaisalmer.

Potato and Pomegranate Curry served with plain chapattis. One for the veg lovers.

Well the time came for me.

The doors are closed now and we took the chance at road 48 once more. This time we managed a ride in a 4wheel drive to Phnom Penh and arrived in 4 1/2 hours at $15 for 2. Bargain.
