You know any other good B movies? I am downloading The Hurricane Heist.

Pretty much anything that Eric Roberts (elder brother of Julia Roberts) stars in. He never has really made it in films - because he basically sucks, anywhere near like Julia has. (I wonder if there is any animosity because of that? Who knows?) To his credit, he has had parts in some good movies too. But, most of his movies were definitely low-budget, and shit.

Here is a list of movies you may wish to check out. All are B rated.

Wait. I just typed 3 paragraphs of information, then decided to have a look online. Wikipedia is basically saying the same thing I am. Have a look here, regarding B-rated movies. Then, scroll down to the 1980's on that same page

So, when I say "B-rated movie," I mean a really low budget movie, often poorly made, in most any genre. Oh, and certainly just about any movie with Eric Roberts, as stated above. :)

Oh, one of my favorite B-rated movies, was Blob (1958). I love that movie. Check it out sometime, if you can find it on a torrent site.

@John_Galt, I just found it on one of my torrent sites. (I may have sent you an invite to a private site I am on? iptorrents.com?) Anyway, 3 of the Blob movies are there.

Just finished "The Gangster", starring Barry Sullivan, and a number of other actors known then, and in the future. I can't get enough of old movies, especially in black & white.

I've had time to watch a number of movies. None really stuck out very much, though.

I am downloading a movie now, that I think may be pretty good. It is titled "The Last Witness".

I happened upon the title while browsing around IP Torrents.com, one of the private torrent sites of which I am a member.

The movie is based on the Katyn massacre, also known as the Katyn Forest Massacre, of 1940. The Katyn Forest is where the first mass graves were located.

Upwards of as many as 25,000 officers of the Polish military, as well as other professionals and citizens of Poland, were murdered - slaughtered by the NKVD, under the order of Stalin. Apparently, Stalin attempted to make it appear as though this atrocity was committed by the Germans.

While I did not locate much regarding the plot on movie sites, or on Wikipedia, I did find information elsewhere on the internet. I also found some informational videos on YouTube, regarding the actual events. Here is one of those videos:

Being the avid World War II buff I am, it actually surprised me that I learned of this before. It just goes to prove, you can learn something new every day.

Anyone into post apocalyptic movies? Here's a new release for 2018, called "A Quiet Place". Rotten Tomatoes gave it a 95% rating.

Downloading it now, from IP Torrents. Will have a look at it tomorrow, if I can. I still haven't watched "The Last Witness".

A Quiet Place is a superb film. First viewed it 2 months ago at the spanking new Ek Phnom cinema a few kms outside BTB. Sopheap and I were so impressed by it that when we got back to the Coconut House Hotel, immediately downloaded it and watched it again.

Sure the story-line has some logical flaws big enough to drive a truck through, though they didn't diminish the film's harrowing impact one iota.
