That doesn't seem logical if they are employing foreign workers.

I have noticed Asian logic and Western logic do not always match up.

Then best not work for them. If that is the case it's better to be self employed.

I am working towards doing just that in a year or two.

Now that is what I would expect.

For me I would rather pay a little extra for someone to do all the work for me and get it done with no hassles. Some people would rather save $50ish and spend 4 days gathering paperwork and processing it themselves.

Paying that little bit extra only keeps the corruption going over here, but saying that, this is how we look at the subject in hand.

I would say to get all the correct paperwork for self employment, it is nearly impossible not to pay something extra along the way, or you can rephrase that to making things a little easier for yourself. But I would not pay an agent to do the work for me. That is expensive. Go to the main source and the job in hand is sure, and it is cheaper or even free.

I would rather pay for government services when I need them. VS paying taxes in the west and funding stupid shit like "Cocaine and the Risky Sexual habits of Quail"  (etc...)
Corruption on the scale of tens of dollars instead of billions.

I definitely agree with you. The main source is better than an agent.

Um, "do not always"? How about, rarely, if ever? :D

It was the nicest way I could think of to say it.

Their logic does make more sense to me than women's logic though.

Then put the two together, Asian women. Logically a hopeless situation.
