I can't believe what price Khmer now put on their property.

Presumably the value is in the land.

The buildings probably have a negative value. (cost of demolition and clean-up)

Land is certainly at a premium price. I have seen land priced recently from $5 m2 but only buying 5 hectares, to $1.900 m2 suitable for factory building. 

Also on the other hand the new builds, Japanese style borey home's from $16.000 aimed at the Khmer buyers. Ironically now built and sold by the Chinese.
