Hun Sen urges public to grow veggies naturally

Prime Minister Hun Sen on Sunday urged the public to grow fruits and vegetables organically as these are healthier alternatives to crops grown using agrochemicals.

Mr Hun Sen posted on his Facebook page that the Kingdom’s land was fertile and suitable for growing fruits and vegetables without having to use chemical-based fertilisers which are harmful to people’s health.

Admirable words. Wonder if there will be government financial assistance in promoting organic gardening?

I think that there was at some stage in the past I or Paul may have posted on the subject. But I suspect the same carry on, one hand give and one take it away, here two take away.

Then there's pesterside banned. Then its not, come buy your pesterside at twice the price.

Organic growth, and price increases for the customer. Then the customer wants natural grown, but won't pay. So the farmer can't sell so stops growing.
