Rains Flood Sihanoukville Again

Sihanoukville –

Areas of Sihanoukville have once again been flooded following torrential rain that fell across the southern provinces on the night of September 14, 2019.

UPDATE: Electricity has been cut in some affected areas to avoid damage and injury. There are reports of damage to roads and property, but no casualties as yet. MORE PHOTOS
